Apologies, I have got carried away and started replying via comments on youtube. I will copy them here for archive as I suspect the video uploader may just delete them.

Nothing in John 1 says that that Gospel is the word of God, it was the church fathers who chose it and claimed it to be the word of God.

Why does it talk about the rebuild of Jerusalem? When Jerusalem was destroyed after Jesus? The answer is that it was added after Jesus.
