هي كلمة يونانية حلت محل كلمة " احمد " في المخطوطات اليونانية ، تعالوا لنرى كيف ترجمت و ماذا سيكون المعنى لو حل محلها كلمة احمد .
أحمد في العهد الجديد :
ترجمت بالعربية إلى كلمة " المسرة " :
في الرسالة إلى أهل فليبي :
أَمَّا قَوْمٌ فَعَنْ حَسَدٍ وَخِصَامٍ يَكْرِزُونَ بِالْمَسِيحِ ، وَأَمَّا قَوْمٌ فَعَنْ مَسَرَّةٍ (مسرة = أحمد) 
. 1 – 15 الرسالة إلى إهل فليبي . في لوقا :
2 :14 المجد لله في الاعالي و على الارض السلام و بالناس المسرة (أحمد) ... متى 12 - 18 " هُوَذَا فَتَايَ الَّذِي اخْتَرْتُهُ، حَبِيبِي الَّذِي سُرَّتْ (أحمد) بِهِ نَفْسِي. "

وَفِيمَا هُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ إِذَا سَحَابَةٌ نَيِّرَةٌ ظَلَّلَتْهُمْ، وَصَوْتٌ مِنَ السَّحَابَةِ قَائِلاً: «هذَا هُوَ ابْني الْحَبِيبُ (أحمد = المسرة) الَّذِي بِهِ سُرِرْتُ. لَهُ اسْمَعُوا».

12 :32 لا تخف ايها القطيع الصغير لان اباكم قد سر (أحمد) ان يعطيكم الملكوت ... " لا تخف ايها القطيع لان الله اعطاكم احمد " . نفس هذه الكلمة ذكرت في مخطوطات البحر الميت في "اشعياء " ( اتمك - أحمد – المسرة ) و اختلف العلماء في معناها لاختلافها مع النص الماسوري
