In the tongue or the Aramaic language of Jesus(as), son of God means servant of God. Jesus spoke Galilean Aramaic while the Pharisees and the Saducees spoke Judean Aramaic.
Talya Alaha to the Judeans mean son/child of God, but to the Galileans Talya Alaha means servant of God. No accusation of Blasphemy was thrown at Jesus(as) while he was preaching in Galilee.
The Holy Quran confirm that Jesus (as) is a servant of Allah. The Holy Quran is the truth.
