السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة

بعد اذنكم اريد معرفة امرين

1.جهازي الايقونات لا تظهر علي سطح المكتب واقصد بذلك ايقونة النت وايقونة الماسنجر وماي كمبيوتر....الخ
علي الرغم انها تعمل جيدا وموجودة في قائمة استار لكن لا تظهر علي سطح المكتب فكيف اجعلها تظهر؟؟
لان الان يظهر علي سطح المكتب هذا الكلام

2.لدي انتي فيرس لكن لا اعرف كيف استعمله لكي انقي جهازي من الفيروسات فعند تشغيل الجهاز يظهر لي اوامر لكن لا اعرف اي امر اختار فكيف استخدمه؟؟؟


اتمني منكم شرح مبسط لاني ضعيفه في هذه امور
